
I've just stepped on the scales.
Not something I often do. It upsets me.
It upset me more than usual today.
I'm exercising.
I've reduced my food intake.
I'm taking the *&£$!^%+ Orlistat.
Not a pound down.
Have a review of weight and BP with my GP tomorrow. That will be fun.
Tell me about it! I've been dieting since christmas and have lost just over two stone. This week I've been positively angelic with food and I've walked miles - the result? 3 pounds on, I don't understand it. The thing is, I think, just carry on and the results will come.
