I finally got round to making a cover for my Kindle. Don't get me wrong, I'm not embracing the Victorian belief that everything should have some decorative and flouncy covering or be draped with an antimacassar. I'm not planning to start making toilet roll covers or tea cosies. Admittedly, I
do like the look of some tea cosies, but as we're put-the-bag-in-the-cup people, we have no use for one.
No, this is to stop my Kindle from getting scratched by everything else in my bag. I didn't want to buy a leather one as the ones I looked at add weight and volume that defeat the object.
